The principle that runs through everything we do is simple: we measure your water before we sell you anything. Bali's source water varies enormously over short distances — a villa in coastal Canggu, one in spring-fed Ubud and one on the limestone Bukit near Uluwatu can have completely different TDS, hardness and biological profiles. A system that is perfect for one would be the wrong choice, or a waste of money, for another. So our first visit is always a free test: we read total dissolved solids and hardness on the spot with a calibrated meter and talk through what the numbers mean for your property before any quote is written.
From there we recommend only what the water actually needs. Sometimes that is a single under-sink RO system for drinking water; sometimes it is a layered setup — a whole-house filter for the villa, a UV steriliser for biological safety and a softener for hard-water appliances. We are happy to tell a client they need less than they expected.
How We Work
All jobs are quoted via WhatsApp before we start, so there are no pricing surprises on arrival and no call-out fees. We document significant work with photos and follow up afterwards to confirm the system is performing. Because Bali well water is harder on filters than municipal supply, we do not disappear after installation: we set a maintenance schedule keyed to your specific water, keep replacement filters and UV lamps for the common brands in stock, and send a WhatsApp reminder when each change is due.
We communicate in plain English, respond quickly, and treat villa owners, long-stay expats and property managers the same way — with honest advice about what their water needs and what it does not.
