What to Send for a Fast Quote
Four details let us price most jobs from the chat, before anyone drives out:
- Area and street — water changes street by street in Bali.
- Water source — private well (sumur bor) or PDAM mains, or both.
- The problem — taste, smell, white scale, orange stains, cloudy water, or simply "I want to drink from the tap".
- Photos — the pump or meter area, the space under the kitchen sink, and the problem itself (a tap, a towel, a kettle).
If you already measured TDS, add the number. We then confirm everything with a free on-site TDS and hardness test and fix the price in WhatsApp before work starts. Guide rates are on the pricing page.
Hours and Service Area
WhatsApp is answered Mon–Fri 08:00–20:00 and Sat–Sun 08:00–17:00; messages sent later are answered the next morning. We are a mobile installation team — we come to your villa rather than operating from a shopfront. We cover south and central Bali, from Canggu and Berawa down to the Bukit and across to Sanur and Ubud. WhatsApp us your exact location to confirm timing. Canggu, Berawa, Seminyak and Kuta are usually same-day when the schedule allows; the Bukit and Ubud are scheduled visits because of the longer drive.
